I am writing this letter to thank you for being a wonderful landlord. It has been an enjoyable experience living for the past 3 years in one of your homes.
Our group of 5 women appreciated having our own home in a well maintained state, and in a safe and convenient residential neighbourhood - a 1 minute walk to the Barn, 3 minutes to Tim Hortons and major banks, 5 minutes to cafes & shops, and 10 minutes to campus. The direct bus stop to McMaster was only steps away from our front door, running every 5 minutes or so.
The property was well taken care of, and you were always prompt in responding to our inquires about the house be it during the day or night weekday or weekend, and whenever we needed anything you were available. Your service was truly exceptional, and superior to anything we saw in friends homes.
Most of all, we 5 women, truly appreciated the respect, courtesy, and trust with which you treated us at all times. We always got advance notice of your visits or service calls, and we always felt safe in the privacy of our home. Unlike stories told to us by our friends, about landlords & service people just entering and walking about the house.
Whenever we had issues to deal with or potential conflicts, you were always factual, fair, and to the point; we never had doubts as to where you stood. We knew we could trust you to watch out for our best interests, and trust in your word.
In addition --- at all times we had a civil and business like working relationship. Your Lease was clear & detailed as could be.
